BOOK WRITERS FORUM

Are you gearing up to do your next revision of your novel or memoir? Or getting ready to submit to agents?

Join our monthly program designed to provide structure, support, and motivation for writers committed to revising or submitting their memoirs or novels.

The Book Writers Forum brings dedicated writers together to share progress, overcome obstacles, and push their work to the next level. This program blends accountability, community, and expert guidance to help you make progress toward finishing your book.

How Our Book Writers Forum Works

During our monthly sessions on Zoom, we’ll share our goals, challenges, and successes, as well as discuss ways to sustain our writing practice as we actively revise and/or submit our work. Topics include:

  • Best practices for the writing life
  • Publication strategies
  • Finding inspiration 
  • News on current writing-related literature (books, blogs, various media)
  •  Helpful writing resources (books, articles, conferences, talks)
    – Spotlights on craft
    – Collaborative group learning

In between our sessions, we will connect via the Slack platform, sharing goals, challenges, triumphs, and resources.  

Throughout the program, you have the opportunity to:

  • Create a clear revision plan for your manuscript (if applicable).
  • Create a submission plan for publication (if applicable). 
  • Learn from occasional guest speakers on various topics related to writing, revising, and publishing memoirs and novels. 
  • Set and track monthly writing goals to maintain momentum.

    Are You a Good Fit for Book Writers Forum?

    To participate in the Book Writers Forum you should:

    • Have a completed memoir or novel that you are actively revising or seeking to publish. 
    • Be eager to support, encourage, and provide useful, positive feedback to fellow participants.

    Cost: $100
