Biography

J. Greg Phelan co-founded an Internet company which he sold a long time ago, and a nonprofit writing center, Project Write Now, which after seven years is going strong. He lives in Fair Haven, NJ, with his wife, his two college age boys, and his black lab, Luna. When he’s not meditating, running, or playing the piano, he’s working on his coming of age historical novel that takes place in 1964.

@SamanthaDunn Ten years ago, I read somewhere insomnia was an invitation to start a meditation practice which I did and that changed my life. At bedtime I also pop two Suntheanine's (a miracle nutrient which slows down thoughts) and a 3 mg Melatonin. When I can't sleep I meditate which helps. read more »
