Biography
Nicole C. Foster is a wellness and memoir writer, holding a Master’s in Psychology from Columbia’s Spirituality, Mind-Body Institute. She’s a national board-certified health and wellness coach and her first book, Courageous Well-Being for Nurses, will be published by Johns Hopkins University Press this Fall.
Nicole has published personal essays, centered around the loss of her Dad on 9/11, in The Cut and Maria Shriver’s Sunday Paper. Currently writing her memoir, she explores her experience navigating traumatic loss and grief and surviving leukemia. As a Jersey Shore local, she enjoys spending time at the beach and spoiling her pup, Ruby.
