Kaecey McCormick

Biography

Kaecey McCormick is a writer based in the San Francisco Bay Area whose work spans poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction. A past Cupertino Poet Laureate, her writing has appeared in numerous journals including Poet Lore, Baltimore Review, and Pinch Journal (sometimes under a pen name) and has received multiple Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net nominations, as well as other honors and awards. Kaecey has enjoyed support from the Community of Writers, Good Hart Artist Residency, and other organizations. She’s the author of the chapbooks Sleeping with Demons and Pixelated Tears and is currently working on her first novel.
